These photos of a projected solar image were taken on 8th June 2004 around 9-9:30 am. The small dot on the projection is Vernus moving across the surface of the Sun. I used a small Tasco telescope (don't ask the exact details) and the photos were taken with a Sony CyberShot-u. I projected the image onto corrugated cardboard and white paper in turns to see which would give the best results. The odd shaped shadow is that of the telescope. NB - don't look at the sun directly - a telescope will blind you instantly. The photos were taken about 20 miles north-east of London, UK.
